Take some time for yourself, focus on everything that is going well and find again the way to happiness, the one that comes from the inside.  A 3-day retreat is the ideal amount of time to discover all its benefits and take a new start energized and zen!

Rest and food: an integral part of a yoga retreat! Being on site during your stay with a full board allows you to have no logistical constraints. This way you can concentrate without any stress on your sleep and diet.

Description of the site

You will be hosted in a domain in Malras. In the heart of the Aude, you can fully enjoy the nature, energy, and calm that it can offer. The goal is to find you in a place where you can rest and healing, you will be in the ideal setting.

Each day will be carefully guided by Marie, your yoga instructor, who is passionate about what she does and inspiring. At her side, you will learn how to stimulate your energy levels and to lean on your inner force, using different yoga techniques, from the most gentle to the most dynamic, but also while engaged in breathing exercises. You will also enjoy taking part in a cooking workshop and going walks in the open countryside.

This course will enable you to learn more about the different techniques of Hatha Yoga (90 minutes in the morning) and Yin Yoga (90 minutes in the afternoon) and also profit from good mountain air.

The course is suitable for all levels (ideally the novices among you need to be in good shape) and the course is available in French and in English.

The food is varied, vegetarian, vegan and organic.

The different types of yoga

Yin Yoga

This session places emphasis on the postures associated with the energy meridians in acupuncture. Listening to our emotions and how we feel, this approach greatly helps to release tension and barriers, by a process of introspection and really letting go.

Yoga Hatha and sound relaxation

This is a dynamic method with a focus, in particular, on the upper body and the opening of the heart. The objective is to free one’s breathing, create space and to be aware of one’s sounds and inner aspirations. Blankets are available to keep you warm.

Day 1

From 10am onwards : Welcome the people taking part and show them around

11.30-1pm: YOGA session vinyasa yoga

1.30pm-2.30pm: Lunch

4.30pm-5.30pm: Discussion or free time, walking, visit local producers in the area

7.30pm-8.30pm: Dinner and discussion, and herbal teas

8.30pm: Yin Yoga

Day 2

From 7.30am onwards: Neti Pot, juice to revitalize you or tea, meditation

8am-9.30am: Pranayamas, Hatha yoga

Salutations to the sun, pranayama (breathing techniques)

9.30-10.30am: Breakfast, vegan, vegetarian

10.30am to midday: Free time, walk in the open countryside, reading, books of a spiritual nature are at your disposal

1.30pm-4.30pm : Visit Rennes le Château

5pm-6pm: Yin Yoga session

6.30pm-7.30pm: Manual workshop session, weekend surprise

7.30pm-8.30pm: Prepare dinner, Yogini an option if desired

8.30pm: Dinner, tasting the prepared dishes

Day 3

From 7.30am: Neti Pot, juice to revitalize you, or tea, meditation

8-9.30am: Yoga practice, Hatha Pranayamas

9.30am-10.30am: breakfast, savoury and sweet

11am – midday: Departure

Tariff :

  • 360 € / person, shared room for 2 people

  • 450 € / person, individual room
